Getting started in Asheville NC!

Hey folks!

I recently completed the BP Real Estate Rookie Boot Camp and I am super excited to put what I have learned to work!

My background is in fine woodwork and I have owned a custom cabinet/furniture company since 2018 in Louisiana. My diverse skillset also includes a solid understanding of basic framing, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping. And as a bonus, I get a huge kick out of fixing and restoring things... The current project is renovating a 1978 Airstream.

My wife and I moved to Asheville NC earlier this month and I am looking to team up with experienced local contractors, real estate agents, property management specialists, and investors to build on what I have learned in the boot camp, while growing a great team to start our REI journey. Please feel free to reach out and connect if you would be interested!

Additionally, I would greatly appreciate your comments and opinions on the best ways to get started in a hot market such as Asheville and WNC? Which Strategy would you choose (STR, MTR, or LTR) and why?
