New Investor Intro and Seeking Connections

Good Morning or Afternoon Fellow Investors,

My name is David and I just joined the BiggerPockets community. I have zero real estate experience but have committed to learning all I can about wholesaling and lease options. Therefore, I am looking to connect with like-minded individuals, real estate agents, contractors, lawyers, buyers, or anyone who is operating in the Atlanta area; more specifically east of Atlanta which includes Gainesville, Buford, and Cumming. However, I am open to all connections and any advice for a newbie investor.

I look forward to taking part in this community and helping one another grow in our real estate endeavors.

Respectfully, David T.
