Just wanted to introduce myself to the community. I have viewed this site a few times over the last few weeks and realize it is a great community with a wealth of knowledge and great people. I look forward to sharing and gaining knowledge with everyone.

I am excited about the potential in becoming a successful landlord and closed on my first property yesterday!!
