Intro & Call to form a team

Hi All, 

My name is Amit and I am a beginner in Real Estate investing. I am an IT Engineer and work full-time (W2) in a bank and my wife is a full-time Real Estate agent in NJ. We have done some side investments and we currently own 2 properties in India and 1 condo in NJ. We currently live in a single family (town home) in North NJ and have been doing MTR via ABNB for the last ~2 years generating decent revenue.

We are looking to grow our portfolio, mostly in the midterm rental market (arbitrage) as we live close to many hospitals. We are also interested in doing short-term rentals in the upstate NY either through a turnkey property or through a rehab.

Our challenge is mostly in identifying the right property which can give us a good cash on cash return. We also want to build a team to try out a rehab and then grow from there.
