Hey my name is Angel and I'm glad to have join the BP crew. My goal is to increase my knowledge about real estate and too start wholesaling or flipping houses. I've been reading the Beginners Guide on here but if there are any other helpful tips feel free to comment. Also I was looking to find like a partner in the area that knows what they're doing to guide me. Thanks
