Hello, I am new to investing and looking to get my first deal done. I have watch a lot of videos, and read plenty of books. However it is hard for me to learn that way.

If anyone in the San Antonio area that doesn't mind helping

The first 4 are the ones that I attend every month. The others I have been to in the last few years. There are probably 50 other groups that meet somewhere in San Antonio throughout the month. You could just use Google and put in real estate meetup or real estate group or meeting.
