I'm a realtor in Orlando Fl. I grew up in real estate because of my father. He owns 20 single family homes. I have accumulated a wealth of knowlegede from real estate gurus and personal experience. I would love to help investors become financially wealthy through real estate. I have some very ambitious ideas to help investors become wealthy through real estate.

From my experience and researching different strategies. I believe I can turn the average investor into a real estate millionaire.

I won't give all my secrets away but I will tell you this. I strongly believe cash flow is the foundation of making money in real estate. So because of this reason I came up with a method of making sure my investors get signaficant cash flows on their properties. Their are 5 things that affect cash flow: Principal and interest, taxes, insurance, management, and repairs. Two things that we cannot control is taxes and insurance. But the rest we can lower.

Why are you doing all this you say. I want to make investors wealthy and develop a strong and large client base. And that will insure that I will do well in this business.

Tell me what you think
