Hey everyone!

I am new to the bigger pockets community.  I got into Real Estate investing 8 years ago and really enjoyed the challenges that came with it.  I am now an actively licensed realtor in NC and looking to help others with their real estate investments.  Whether you have questions about loan opportunities, properties, the market or just want to chat I am available.

I work in Winston Salem and live in Kernersville.  A fun fact about me is I am 28 years old, married to my 37 year old wife and we have four children.  Aside from real estate I enjoy basketball and most sports.  Shoot me an email, call or text, or just drop by the office if you ever want to talk about anything from real estate to sports.

Hi Ryan, welcome to BiggerPockets! I always recommend the book “Rich dad, Poor dad” by Robert T. Kiyosaki to anyone starting out. Start listening to the BiggerPockets podcast starting at the very beginning. Start growing your network, look on Facebook/BiggerPockets for different events, find a mentor doing what you want to do, and get to know the local lenders/brokers. Best of luck!
