Hello BP Community!
I am an aspiring real estate investor located in Houston, TX. I have always been interested in real estate and have been listening to the Rookie Real Estate Podcast for about a year. I have been financially preparing myself to begin my investing journey and do not own any real estate yet. I would love to find a mentor from BP.
As of now, I plan to be a buy & hold investor in the Houston and surrounding area. I am interested in foreclosures, house hacking, multi-family.
I am interested in learning about foreclosure and REO properties so any feedback on where to learn more about that would be appreciated!
Also, I would like to find an investor friendly real estate agent, but should I start looking for one already even if I may not be ready to buy yet?
