Hello everyone!

I'm about 45% through "How to Invest in Real Estate: The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Getting Started" by Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner and wanted to check out this community.  Looking forward to learning and hopefully growing as a newbie (or wannabe right now, lol) real estate investor!  I welcome any tips on getting the most from this site.
