Hello,

My name is Dailin and I am 20 years old. I currently have no experience in real estate but I do work for an insurance company as their receptionist. I have been working since I was 16 years old and I'm NOT looking forward to working another 30 to 40 more years and retire poor (as Robert Kiyosaki says). I have been reading ALOT on real estate investing ( I just finished the free beginners guide from Bigger Pockets) and actually stumble across this page when I was looking on reviews for the guru Phil Pustevojsky (no I haven't fall into any of these expensive guru traps).

I have always wanted to invest in real estate but thought that I needed alot of money to start so I tried doing two different MLM business but that didn't work out so well. So I started researching into real estate investing with a friend and we became very interested in it. I'm looking to help out local investors who flip houses and kind of get an idea of how they do their business. I'm looking to start my first deals by flipping or wholesaling houses and by using hard money lenders. After I have more experience and knowledge, I am definitely looking to do buy and hold to create passive income and also get my real estate license.

So what do you guys think? Comment below with any advice you would like to give to a fresh newbie. I am looking forward to seeing everyone's response and meeting some of you! :)
