Newbie from Utah

Hey all Utah BP users, I have just made the great accomplishment of receiving my Utah Real Estate Agent license and am ready to start investing!! I am the mother of 3 girls and my fiance and I have been educating ourselves in the world of real estate over the last 1.5 years. I have been going over the forums on this fantastic website and still have a few (or many) questions. What are the best websites agents use to find investment properties? I am strongly thinking of joining one of the local REIA groups here, Salt Lake or Utah County, any suggestions? I have joined the KW team and am very excited to be working with them. Thank You for any input or advice, all is very appreciated!
