Long Term Investing

Posted

Hi, my name is Andrew Esquivel. A local barber in the Alamo Ranch area. I came across this website in one of my books I started reading. (H.T.I.I.R.E)

Im searching for advice on which steps I should take to purchase my first investment.

Interested in distressed properties that need some TLC, but unsure on what major things to lookout for when inspecting the home.

When performing the B.R.R.R.R technique, would it be wise to go through a contractor or a property management team? Or should I piece together each project team for the rehab? If so where would be best to locate assistance?

Any tips or information is very much appreciated, thank you for your time.

-Drew
