Hello my name is Josh I'm new to forum. I have a couple of rentals and small business I buy, flip, move, and setup Manufactured homes. I'm want to dip in putting homes together with land to resale. As well as rentals for great roi. Anyone have good lots for sale or any great advise. I am a contractor will be doing work myself. Very interested in mhp for rentals
