Hello BiggerPockets community! Since this is my first post, I should tell you a bit about myself and my reasons for being here. I'm Kyle and I am new to the forums, but I have a few years experience landlording duplexes here in upstate NY. I have also recently aqcuired my NYS Real Estate Salespersons License in an effort to expand my real estate horizons. My goal with real estate is to improve the community/region by aqcuision of rental properties and the creation of profitable systems which ensure these rental properties are maintained to the highest standards. Aside from real estate investing I'm a family man and I am involved in community building through my local Rotary club. I am excited to learn new insights and to gain new connections here on BiggerPockets!
