Greetings!
I have been an full time investor for over 12 years. I have wholesaled, flipped, short sale, renovated, leased, managed over 600+ properties in this time frame. I moved to Birmingham, AL in September 2011. I buy, renovate, lease, then flip the properties to investment groups and manage their portfolios. It's a complete end to end turnkey operation. I have bought about 175 properties since my arrival. I have a full time project manager who oversees 6 crews. The infrastructure in place now allows me to buy and flip 10-15 properties each month. I am also a licensed AL real estate broker. I will be expanding to other markets in early 2014.
