Greetings from the Bay Area,

Thank you for taking time out of your day to read my very first post.

I'm brand new to BP but have experience in residential RE. Previously, I sold CRM software to Realtors and did residential lending for several years. Currently I have a small Marketing - Communications here in San Francisco that helps small businesses with Branding, Forward Facing Communications and Social Media.

A short term goal of mine is to purchase my first income property in the next six months. Oddly enough a search for "Investment Home Purchase Basics" is how I found BP but it's my hope that with help from you and the wonderful community here that I will realize my dream!
