Hello BP!!!

My name is Mike and I've been following BiggerPockets for over a month now. After listening to the podcasts and reading the forums obsessively, I've finally decided to introduce myself.

My passion for real estate really came about last year when my wife and I were looking for a house and we purchased a foreclosure in need of some rehab as our first home. I'd like to start out in the buy and flip sector and then use that capital to invest in rental properties as I go along. If anyone has any tips on getting started and/or has a similar game plan, I would love to hear from you.

I'm really excited to continue learning and become more involved in this unbelievable BP community as I pursue my new career.
