First happy new year. 

I am a new investor in the Philadelphia area trying to grow. I currently have two rentals that  bought with a lot of struggle in this industry. Bad realtors contractors you name it. I would like to learn more about the real estate industry, how to purchase a multi unit or buy and hold, creative finance and more.  I would like to connect with someone willing to share their journey who can help me shape my future in real estate and who I can add value to as well. I am eager to learn and I know I will definitely be a plus to someone as well.
