Commercial Broker, new to Bigger Pockets

Bjorn Beer
Posted

Hi there, I'm a commercial broker in Corvallis, Oregon, who serves the entire I-5 corridor in Oregon from Portland down to the California border.  I joined bigger pockets to network. I see myself as an "investor friendly" broker. I became a broker after I invested in a 50 unit, a 75 unit, and a number of other smaller apartments. I was frustrated with the lack of responsiveness of brokers to newer investors when I was starting out years ago. Happy to help anyone whether just getting started or wanting to take down a 100 unit.  Cheers, Bjorn Beer, SVN Imbrie, Oregon license  201236666
