Hi everyone, 

I'm excited to meet likeminded people and grow in this community of investors. I have 18 yrs experience in construction with knowledge in a wide variety of trades. I started a small sub-contracting business in Central, NY doing carpentry work along with site management. My real estate journey began in 2019, house hacking and doing a live in reno of a duplex. Decided to move to Tampa Florida to really dive into the real estate business as a real estate sales associate, specializing in distressed properties.
