Hey All!

I am David, originally from Kentucky, now living in Denver. I bought my first house 3 years ago before becoming getting interested in real estate and have been learning from it ever since. Engineering is my day job; however, my interest in real estate has led me to invest in 3 flips with a real estate savvy friend. I put up some money and he has the experience, I get to swing around the sledge hammer every few months and he does the decision making. Fortunately our first 2 flips have been successful so I guess I have been bitten by the investing bug and want to learn a lot more. Eventually I want to purchase my first rental property, see how much I like it, and then build from there.

I found BP around episode 10 or 11 of the podcast and figured I should FINALLY post!

Cheers,

David G
