Looking to dive into Eastern PA Real Estate Investing 2023

Kathryn E Dennis
Posted

Good afternoon BiggerPockets.com Members,

Hi, I'm Kathryn new to Real Estate Investing looking to purchase my first Multi-Family Property soon.  Former NYC'er and new to the Easton area, Looking for my plan towards financial independence.   I am just in the early stages of getting my feet wet with my first purchase. I would like to start with a multi-family building in the Easton area (4-8 units without too much renovation. I appreciate any suggestions, leads, tools that you might offer.  I look forward to seeing you here and hearing about your progress, challenges and successes.

Also, if there are any Real Estate Clubs in the area, contact information for them would be greatly appreciated.

Please feel free to reach out and thank you in advance for your kind help and co-operation.

Ciao, Kathryn
