New agent/investor on board!

Hi, everyone!

I just got my real estate agent license a month ago. And I have done more than 10 investments in my life!

For the first few years, I did not have any knowledge about real estate. And it was hard to find detailed investment instructions online.  I heard about Biggerpockets because I accidentally clicked the podcast! Definitely a piece of luck!

Biggerpockets is tremendously helpful I wish I could know earlier. However, it is never too late to start!

I am also a rookie agent which also gives me a lot of lead to find a good investment opportunity.
