New Member In Maryland

Hello BP!

I've been reading the forums and listening to podcasts here for a month now and figured it's time to register and dive in.

I have owned SFR's in Maryland for years and am now interested in fix and flips. I live in an area with tremendous growth potential but the properties I seek seem to be diamonds in the rough. I am looking to buy from wholesalers initially and build from there.

Hopefully by registering here and networking with others I am already closer to my first deal.
