New Member Introduction in DC/Baltimore area

Greetings!

I just got laid off a few weeks ago. And am now free to pursue real estate investing full time. Am motivated, savvy, practical, realistic and fair. Own oceanfront in the Mayan Riviera, a number of small lots in Tulum, MX; rent an apt in my home and own a small place in Springfield MO.

Looking to procure some wholesale properties in DC and possibly VT and CA (Joshua Tree/29 Palms). Open to other ideas as well.

Melissa
