Planning to invest in North Alabama

I am Alex from California, a newbie looking to learn from this forum. I am currently looking at SFH in Huntsville as an investor. I am interested in Multi-family properties as well.
I wanted to check if property taxes are double for investors in Hunstville and surrounding areas compared to owner-occupied properties.
Is there any tax benefits in having a LLC incorporated in Alabama with local address for real-estate taxes?

Also any recommendation for good title companies that are affordable than what builder's provide?

Alex
