Hey everyone!

My name is Sam Keating & I'm looking to get into real estate investing. I've got a good bit of capital saved up to get started, but want to make sure I do my due diligence before making my first purchase. I'm from Fort Myers, and looking to invest specifically in self storage or multifamily properties in Lee County/SWFL. I would definitely say that cash flow is my main goal with investing. I'd love to connect with multifamily/self storage operators in the area, or really anybody involved in SWFL real estate (lenders/investors/etc). Thanks & I look forward to connecting with everyone!

Sam

Welcome @Sam Keating! The first place I would turn to would be the local REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) club. I can not begin to tell you how much knowledge and connections I have gained by attending the club meetings over the years. Jeff and Mike are the head of the club and we meet twice per month in Fort Myers. Worth checking it out, hope to see you at an upcoming meeting! https://swflreia.com/
