Hello! Brand new to Bigger Pockets Pro as of a few weeks ago. Been absorbing knowledge like a sponge. Eager to apply it all, but still piecing it all together. Never been one to ever post in forums, but starting to see the value in this community after reading through everyones Q/A's. Im located in Dallas, TX and thought I would extend myself to anyone located out here who wants to connect and elevate each other along the way.
