Hi, I have been doing a lot of reading and research lately on most things real estate related. I’m looking to buy my first rental property soon and seeking any extra advice before I take my first step. I have a good amount of experience in heating and cooling, especially installs and I know the basics of most other trades outside of carpentry. Also, not sure if this will affect anything but I have heard my loan rates may be affected, I have a great credit score but I’m only 18. Thank you and I’m happy to join the community!
