New to BP and looking to invest

Hello all! I have been a Realtor in the Middle TN area for the past 5 years and after doing our own home renovation this past year, I am looking to invest in my first property in 2023. I have a lot of the professionals and trades needed for both BRRRR and flipping, but am looking to connect with some folks who have already been through these processes and can lend some advice.
