My name is Javier (31), and along with my wife Isabella (25) have embarked in this journey of real-estate investing. We are still at the baby steps. We are a securing a HELOC that we were able to obtain thanks to the massive appreciation of our home in recent years, and would like to focus our investment energy in single and multifamily housing. We are located in the area of Cumming, GA and are open to and would love to learn from all of the bright minds that are found in this space.
