Hello,

My name is Tradd Bastian. I am from Charleston and have been in real estate for about 7 years. I started in property management, but am now focused on sales (residential mostly, but looking into commercial). I also run a non-profit called Rockers 4 Knockers, we do benefit concerts for breast cancer awareness and research.

I would like to start investing in real estate, it is a fun and lucrative business if done correctly.

My goals:

1. To create life long clients, by giving them the best service possible.

2. To generate a diverse real estate investment portfolio.

3. To continue to learn about the industry that I am in and the markets around me.

4. To enjoy life and all it has to offer.

Look forward to meeting new people and starting to network.
