House Hacking in Stafford VA!

Hello everyone, it's nice to get plugged into this awesome community of like-minded people. My name is Jin and I'm looking to purchase my first rental property in (or around) the Stafford VA area so I can house hack in a SFH while renting out the other rooms. I've been following BiggerPockets podcast loosely for several years but recently decided to finally start my journey! Whether this is an ideal time or not, I'm looking forward to gaining valuable experience with my first house hack.
