Greetings from Delaware!

I am very fortunate and lucky to have found-(thanks to a awesome coworker) bigger pockets this is one of the best info sites on the web hands down!

My name is Jeffrey Major. I am 22, im originally from Miami FL but i moved here for school, i attend Delaware State University. I like delaware because the real estate market up here is a little more stable (Safer) plus there are nice homes here that are a lot more affordable to the avg investor than that of florida's

I began my journey in RE a little over a year ago i started like most reading books (rich dad poor dad, ABCs to RE investing, the unofficial guide to real estate investing ETC) i love to read! lol.....this past summer i Ended up getting a internship at a HUD REO asset management company which i really enjoyed because i got to learn the basics of the RE industry. well i guess they liked me enough too because i got hired on full time! so i had to scale my classes back this past semester. currently i have been also taking my RE agent license course and should be finished up with it in Jan.

My goals in Real estate are to own approx. 40 - 50 rental units that would net about 8-10k a month preferably multifamily's. I also want to use my interpersonal skills to start to whole sale to other local investors and help people in distress.

fun fact: i listened to ALL of the Biggerpockets to date in about 2 in a half weeks! (GREAT STUFF)
