I'm new here and would love to get to know all of you.
Hi everyone,
I'm new to the whole idea of rental properties. I'm from Canada and travel to Florida a few times a year. I started to become really interested in buying a Short Term Rental in Florida that we could use while visiting Disney each year but the more I get involved in Bigger Pockets the more I want to do. I'm not into looking at long term rentals and multifamily and it's so exciting but also becoming overwhelming.
I'd love to get to know similar investors on here and share and learn as I go along.

Welcome to BP Jeff!
I would rather have great cashflow and appreciation on my properties so I can pay to rent one of the vacation homes wherever I want and move around to different ones to explore. I do not like to be tied down to just one spot. In RE there are so many options and really the sky is the limit. If you are interested in finding great cash flowing properties that appreciation has been 8% higher than the US national average, because of the high demand for affordable housing then let me know.
