Hi I'm living in Eastern CT and being doing alot to research to push forward in getting my first deal. Really want to BRRRR for long term buy and hold and also have an interest in short term rentals but I'm alittle fuzzy on the short term side. Any type of info would be great look forward to meeting new people. Thank you.
