Hello all!

My name is Zach Silverman.  I live in Los Angeles, CA.  I have been in real estate for the past 5 years working with my friend in Hard Money Lending.  He created his own company 5 years ago and have helped build it up.  Just last year I was able to do my first flip as an investor.  I found a good team and area in the Ohio area to do this.  I just finished my second remodel and turned it into a rental.  I'm looking to learn everything and anything I can her and network.  Ideally would love to find some Private money to use for down payments on my next few buy and holds.  If you have any questions about rates and terms for Hard Money please feel free to reach out as well as our company is still working hard during this weird times.
