Hello All! 
I just finished “How to Invest in Real Estate” and part of my take action goal was to make an intro post in the forum. 

I am currently working a W2 as a NICU nurse. I’m looking to get into real estate investing. Preferably with midterm rentals targeted for traveling nurses or other traveling professionals.
