Hello Everyone,

My Name is Nathaniel and I am currently 20 years old and as ready as can be to enter the world of Real Estate Investing. I have a strong passion for business, entrepreneurship, and investing and Real Estate brings all of that together in one nice big package. I am currently reading and watching as much content as possible about real estate investing and its numerous strategies. So far after reading Brandon Turners "Rental Property Investing" and Ken Mcelroy's " The ABCs of Real Estate Investing" I feel as motivated as can be!
