Hey everyone,

Glad to be on board as there appears to be a wealth of knowledge and information here that I really haven't seen anywhere else. I look forward to digging in!

I am the recent buyer and now owner of a multiple unit rehab auction property with a partner (family member). I have a great contractor too that will be doing the rehab work - we have a lot of work ahead of us! Securing private money now for the rehab as the property is not eligible for FHA or 203k loans. So a little scary as we wait - I am confident we can secure the private money but the wait has been nerve-wracking. We did do some key fixes (repaired roof and fixed broken windows) and did most of the demo already to get the place secure and ready for rehab. We are looking to rehab for passive rental income, with the hope of buying additional properties down the road. Hope all are well and look forward to building some relationships in this community!

Regards,

Dave
