Good morning, everyone, my name is Justin and I just joined bigger pockets! I am very new at Real Estate, although I did make good money in the market back in 2015 and used the proceeds to start a retail automotive business here in town. I sold my shares of my business after 6 years operational and am tackling real estate full time.

I would love to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs in Colorado and see if there is any value or assistance, I can provide to anyone while learning valuable skills pertinent to success in the industry!

I will be mainly focused on fix and flips / wholesale to start out, and then while building my portfolio and credit to get into the BRRRR game and STR game.
