Hello all,

I just signed up with Privy which is a tool that is used to find deals like Propstream. However, Privy uses investor data and its own algorithm to find deals using a % of ARV that you set up in the search. So far, I have found, very quickly, what seems to be many good deals in my market.

I was curious if anyone else is leveraging Privy to find deals and make connections in hot markets around the country?

I was also curious if anyone in ANY market, would be willing to JV or partner up on a flip or a wholesale deal?

Let me know, I would love to connect with investors who have used Privy successfully and would want to partner up!

 Thanks Robin. Yes, when others are fearful be greedy. I will keep a level head when entering into this market for sure. Unless someone has been in this industry for over a decade (in Colorado anyways) they have yet to see a correction in the market like this one. Finding a mentor that has, will be key to success for myself in real estate.

Good morning, everyone, my name is Justin and I just joined bigger pockets! I am very new at Real Estate, although I did make good money in the market back in 2015 and used the proceeds to start a retail automotive business here in town. I sold my shares of my business after 6 years operational and am tackling real estate full time.

I would love to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs in Colorado and see if there is any value or assistance, I can provide to anyone while learning valuable skills pertinent to success in the industry!
