My name is Ben Hess I have no background in real estate but I want to learn. I feel that after learning more about the many facets of real estate I will be able to find my niche.I am from a smaller town in the mountains of Tuolumne county from the city of Sonora. I have thought about buying a home for years and now I am nearing a chance to buy I am learing excited about purchasing my home and becoming proficient enough to own a couple rentals.
