Hello everyone, my name is Caleb Asbridge. I'm relatively new to BP, although I've been lurking around for a few months just reading blog posts and listening to podcasts. I am not yet an investor but hope to begin soon.

I'm interested in developing a portfolio of rental properties as the base of my business. It seems to me that there are particular challenges that go along with living is a very rural area. Much of the literature I read seems to be written from the perspective of investing in an urban setting. I'd love to connect with anyone who has experience in strategies for investing in rural areas, preferably here in Kentucky.

I'm open to learning and coaching and would appreciate all coaching that the community can provide.
