Hey everyone,

Been lurking around here for awhile and finally have a job and the funds to start investing in some real estate.

Hoping to get started and get a house in the next 3 months or so. Now quick question. If I have a question regarding buying and holding in a specific area of Sacramento, where would be the best place to ask? I didn't see any forums that went specifically by region.
