Hello all,

I'm just getting started with my REI endeavors. I've been interested in Real Estate for a number of years, and finally decided to stop procrastinating in regard to investing. I plan on doing Wholesaling and eventually Rehab to Flip or Hold. 'Home Base' will be the greater Northern Raleigh area of North Carolina, with plans to expand as experience increases. Enjoying all the content on BP since joining about a month ago. Looking forward to the journey.
