Hello fellow BP'rs!!! My name is Eric Dailey. My wife, Becky, and i started just weeks ago. I had gone to one of the guru seminars and was intrigued, but not to the point of spending any money with them. After doing some research, we became convinced that this could be an interesting way to make a second income for our family. Within the past three weeks we have incorporated, set up our website, established relationships with a realtor, wholesaler, title company escrow officer, three lending sources, and two contractors. We submitted our first bid yesterday and hope to submit many more, hoping that eventually one will actually come through.

We will be focusing on flipping/rehabbing. Our biggest challenge will be coming up with cash reserves for hard money down payments and holding costs for the first couple of deals.

I look forward to the friendships and partnerships!!!
