Hey guys,

I'm a college senior from Atlanta, GA. I've heard about real estate investing for years and always thought of it as an "old man's game". I figured no one would take me serious being in my early 20s. I found out about wholesaling and bird dogging a couple days ago. I did some due diligence and read a couple books and I feel like I'm already an expert on this stuff......sike! lol I know I have a long road of learning ahead of me. But I'm all in. I want to make this a career. And it seems like BP is the place to be if I want to learn from the experts and network with great people along the way.

Welcome and you are in the right place! Awesome to get started so young! It seems like I hear so many people think they are either too young or too old to start a business. Just get out there and believe in yourself! And you should feel like an expert just by reading those books and being here on the forum you probably know more than 95% of the people out there ;-)
