Hello. I'm new to the Bigger Pockets website, and have already found a wealth of information here. I look forward to networking with others in this space - learning, sharing, and meeting those with similar goals and interests! I've been involved in real estate since 2000, mainly as a broker in the Chicagoland market. I stepped away from the business in 2011...and back in it in 2013. I do have limited investment experience with a few buy and hold properties, both of which I still own. While I am an active real estate licensee, my passion/desire is in investing. Near term (say 3-5 year goal) would be to build a successful rehab or fix and flip business in the residential market. I would also like to buy and hold some properties for long term returns. Long term goals would include new construction and development. Like I said, I look forward to networking with many of you. Thank you for taking the time to read my first post!

Jim
